Dr. Hema Dhadhal is a Assistant Professor of Information Technology with over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Cyber Security and Software-Defined Networking (SDN), with research focused on intelligent DDoS detection and mitigation using machine learning and deep learning.
Her professional interests span Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Network Security, and emerging technologies. She is passionate about innovative teaching, research-driven learning, and building technology solutions that address real-world challenges.
Current activities
Teaching and mentoring students in Cyber Security, Information Technology, and emerging technologies. Pursuing research in AI/ML-based Cyber Security, SDN, and DDoS detection and mitigation.
